Cardi B is being really transparent about her health and fitness routine. The 30-year-old rapper is talking about how she sticks to a tight fitness program in order to regain the flexibility she had in her youth.
While she acknowledges that this might be a lengthy process, she stresses the need of being consistent and patient.

As for Cardi B, she wants "toned thighs and you can't buy toned thighs," a reference to plastic surgery.
"A lot of people are so ignorant as to be like why are you working out, you have lipo, but there is this thing called visceral fat," she remarked.
"Visceral fat is that fat that surrounds your organs that you cannot lipo," Cardi explained.
"That's why sometimes girls with lipo might have a snatched waist with a gut; that's because they're not working out their visceral fat."
