Any skincare product that claims to work overnight is lying. Such products take a month to show results. Not all skincare claims are overstated.
Water also clears skin. Water is essential to health, yet it does not heal. Extra water won't reduce acne or wrinkles. Water helps clean skin, but not how you think.
Drinking extra water won't cleanse your skin. Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Cameron Rokhsar told Insider, "I'm one of those guys who thinks it's a myth."
Drinking less sugar and caffeine will help. Dr. Rokhsar said that coffee dehydrates and sugar inflames, which might damage skin. Acne and wrinkles are worse on dehydrated skin.
Other easy tweaks to your regimen may keep your skin healthy and looking nice. Healthy eating and less drinking also benefit skin.

Wear sunscreen too. Shorten hot baths and showers to moisturise skin. If your skin is dry, try buying a humidifier for your room.
Be cautious with skin products too. Remove oil-free makeup before sleeping. Makeup brushes can be cleaned with soap, so wash them regularly.
Drinking water consistently won't enhance your skin. Instead, drink water and eat healthy meals, and moisturize often to keep your skin healthy from the inside out.
