Super healthy strawberry overnight oats breakfast recipe

Ingredients 4 level tablespoons of any kind of oats 4 tablespoons of strawberry flavored yoghurt

Boiling water (enough to nearly cover oats) a handful of strawberries, either fresh or frozen

Place the oats in an empty receptacle with a lid, such as a tub used for takeout food. Blend the oats until they reach the consistency of flour first to achieve a cake-like consistency.

Method

Pour boiling water over the oats, making sure to cover them almost entirely but not completely. Strawberries should be placed on top of the yogurt before serving.

Consume right away, store in the refrigerator for at least one more night, or wait to consume until you are ready. Honey or maple syrup, drizzled on top, will make it tastier and sweeter.
