Protein-Rich Meals to Reduce Weight

 Eat This, Not That! spoke with Lisa Young, Ph.D., RDN, author of Finally Full, Finally Thin, a nutritionist in private practise, and a member of our Medical Expert Board, about five protein-packed meals for weight reduction after 40.
