Apple and peanut butter
A delightful and nutrient-rich snack, but be careful not to overdo the peanut butter. A few apple slices and a few teaspoons of peanut butter both give fiber, good fats, and vegetable protein.
The ideal ratio of good fats, protein, and fiber is found in around 1 ounce (30 g) or 1/4 cup of mixed nuts, which include Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, cashews, and pistachios. Walnuts, despite having a greater calorie and fat content, may aid in weight loss if consumed in moderation.
